What is the minimum order?
One kilogram. You can mix grades in a single shipment, and the volume discount is worked out on the total weight.
How is shipping charged?
EMS, delivered to your door, charged at cost. We quote it for your country before you pay. For the United States, duties and taxes are prepaid so nothing is collected on delivery.
Can I try before ordering a kilo?
Yes — the tasting kit is $79 for 30 g of each grade, and the $79 is credited in full against your first kilo.
What documents come with the shipment?
A certificate of analysis with every order. Most countries clear on that alone. If your importer needs residual-pesticide, heavy-metal or microbiological results, we can arrange them at cost.
Do you do private label?
Yes. A flat $3.00 per unit for the container, filling and labelling, plus the matcha at the grade price. You send print-ready artwork; we fill 30, 40 or 50 g in pouches or tins.
